The Ordinary: Not your Ordinary Care for Skin
The Ordinary is not your ordinary beauty skincare but the coolest one as you may think of, well, at least, for me. It is one of the best beauty brand I am raving for right now and my life is not complete when I took it out of my daily beauty skincare routine.
They entitled themselves as “The Abnormal Beauty Company”, yes you’ve heard it right and I couldn’t believe how cool they were because of being creative, witty, nice & humorous putting those into their products then I got attracted to it.
I discovered this product the time when I was searching for a skincare routine on how to achieve soft skin basically from american to korean skincare online via youtube and noticed that most beauty vloggers always mention this product called The Ordinary. So I dug into it, searched it online, read about it and tried to apply it into my own daily routine.
Since the hype or I mean, my hype into this product was so intense that time and was so curious about how it will do good into my skin and knowing that they’re all serums & active ingredients (and already familiar about how to use it step-by-step everyday), it got me into thinking if those really will work to achieve that soft skin that I’ve been wanting.

Mixing Ingredients/Beauty Products
I have this so-called a cheat sheet for all of my beauty products wherein I coordinate & combine each beauty products into another one based on their compatibility.
I’m a slightly-beauty-guru, as I call myself lately, and since I’m into reading beauty product ingredients already, I got myself into being that beauty-ingredient savvy and careful to the products I’m putting into my face. As I’m reading all about the ingredients, beauty things and products online, I found out that some of the ingredients like AHA + BHA from a beauty products is not compatible with the product that I’m using with Vitamin C on it. That’s why I ended up making a cheat sheet of beauty products that I have and arrange them according to the compatibility and have those different routine apply to my skin whenever I feel like doing it on that day.
The Products that I'm Using
Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1%
I use Niacinamide during or whenever I have breakouts and enlarge pores. Niacinamide is one of the tough whitening agent/product for hyperpigmentation, dull, discolored skin, blemishes and if you want to brighten your complexion as well as making it plumpy and healthy. It’s known best to make skin clear again from blemishes and breakouts.
Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5
Hyaluronic Acid is an acid for hydration, basically, it is one of the ingredients you can found in almost all moisturizers. It adds a little hydration into the skin to make it more plumpier and look healthy not in an oily way.
Alpha Arbutin 2% + HA
Alpha Arbutin is an effective whitening ingredient that brightens skin. I usually do this and combine with Vitamin C or Niacinamide.
